Order Processing
Please allow up to 24h for us to process your order. After the confirmation that Fetish Boys team has received your order, please allow up to 2 to 4 business days to give you the final confirmation that your order is on the way!
Shipping time
It is how much time it takes for Fetish Boys items to be shipped from our production facilities and warehouse to the address you gave us.
International delivery usually takes about 15 - 30 business days.
US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 - 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, depending on the various factors.
However, please understand this is an estimate. The shipping speed is outside our control and is dependent on the courier company, customs, international and domestic transportation schedules among other factors.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country, depending on the destination country. This taxes may vary, all depending on the value of the order, country limits, and various other factors. Fetish Boys are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds / Returns / Exchanges
We are accepting returns of items up to 7 days after delivery, in case that the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@fetish-boys.com with your order number and a photo/video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution in reasonable time.

Size Guide
When you are finishing the order, make sure you pick the right size and color as by our return policy we can only exchange items if they are defective or broken! Some of our products are unisex and that is stated in the product description. The same goes for products that have one size that fits most of the customers. In any case, specific sizes are stated in the product descriptions.
The size guide can be found in the product description of every product. Here we will give some general sizes and ranges for the most common products.
We are following the sizes defined by imperial/metric units. For easier orientation and conversions 1 inch is 2.54cm. The described sizes are just for your reference. If your measurement is floating between two sizes, we advise choosing the larger size. (Measurements shown in the size chart refer to item measurements, not body). Sizes are measured by hand, so please allow a 1 - 3cm margin error.
