Returns

1. Item Condition

The item you intend to return must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

We understand that assessing the suitability of the product might require opening the packaging, but for a return to be considered, the item must remain in its original state.

2. Original Packaging

To qualify for a return, the item must be accompanied by its original packaging. This ensures that the product is adequately protected during transportation and helps maintain its quality.

Please don't send your order back to the manufacturer before consulting with the Fetish Boys team.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, subject to applicable conditions:

  1. Item Condition: If an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be considered.

  2. Timeframe: Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.

Refunds Process: Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection, we will promptly notify you via email to confirm the receipt of your return. Additionally, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

The refund amount may take a certain number of days to be reflected in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items (items with discount or discounted packs) cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs & Expenses

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. Factors such as distance and shipping carrier may influence the delivery timeline.

For items with a value exceeding $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we do our best to process returns efficiently, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking mechanism in place.
