Q: What are your shipping options and costs?
A: The basic shipping option is included in your order, so there is no need to worry about additional costs. In case you would like to receive your order faster, shipping costs are added additionally, depending on the selected courier service and destination country. 

Q: How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
A: We usually process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please read carefully our Refund Policy.  

Q: How can I track my order status?
A: You can track your order status by logging into your account on our website and clicking on "My Orders". You can also use the tracking number that we sent you via email to track your package on the carrier's website.

Q: Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
A: Yes, we do! You can purchase gift cards in various denominations on our website. They are delivered instantly via email and can be redeemed online or in-store. You can also add a gift message and gift wrapping option to any order at checkout for a small fee. We will wrap your items in our signature packaging and include a personalized card with your message.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, depending on your location, courrier availability and the weight of your order. You can see the available shipping options and costs at checkout before placing your order.

What are your payment methods?

​We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners, Discover, Hipercard and PayPal. Our Brazilian clients have additional payment options: Boleto and PIX. ​
